Wisconsin FSC welcomes trial judges for our test sessions. 

If you are interested in trial judging for a WFSC test session, please complete the forms below:

WFSC Trial Judge Information Form (complete one time)

WFSC Trial Judge Test Session Sign-Up Form (complete to request permission to trial judge at a specific test session)

Our club has chosen to provide Trial Judge Forms. The information you provide will be used to pre-fill the forms. Please do not bring your own forms.

Original forms will be mailed to your monitor in the addressed and stamped envelope you provide. You will receive a link to electronic copies of your completed forms which will be available online for at least 30 days and may be downloaded (a self-addressed stamped envelope is not needed).
